Board
1.
Our annual Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast will be at the State Fairgrounds
on Saturday, October 21st. Please pick up and pay for your
tickets and see Ed Peterson to schedule your participation.
2. Our District Lt. Governor, Margaret Ludington,
installed our Officers and Directors on September 14. Terms begin
October 1, but the installation was done a bit early as Virginia
Petersen will be out of the city for a few weeks.
3. October 1 means it is time to pay your club dues.
Please consider paying your dues one year at a time.
4. Don Neumann, Chair of our Youth Committee,
announced that Capitol View and Findley School are ready for volunteer
mentors to start the school year. Findley School hosted a volunteer
organizational meeting on September 25. It's not too late
to sign up to spend an hour or two a week helping our youth - see
Don Neumann..
